Accepting new clients
I started my training at CCPE in London, then at UEL and then at Birkbeck, University of London. During this time, I gained invaluable experience working with clients at the Terrence Higgins Trust and Mind (CHWF). Prior to this, I spent a couple of decades happily working in the luxury goods, and licensing and merchandising and pharmaceutical industries. I have also held several paid, volunteer, and non-executive roles in the third sector.
As a BACP registered psychotherapist, counsellor and coach I offer a unique blend of support and guidance tailored to your needs. A specialist, although not exclusively, in neurodiversity rooted in experience and academic study, I will work with you to explore your past, address the present, and pursue key goals. I also specialise in supporting LGBTQI* adults and those who have diagnosed later in life as neurodivergent to navigate work and personal challenges.
My training is in Integrative Counselling and Coaching. This approach allows me to draw upon various methods, including Gestalt therapy, Transactional Analysis (TA), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and coaching. I remain open to the intersectional aspects of each individual’s experience. I am committed to understanding how multiple identities—such as race, gender, queerness, neurodivergence, and class—intersect to create unique experiences of discrimination and privilege.
