I am an attachment-informed Relational Therapist. Begining with my degree in Integrative Counselling from Roehampton University (BSc Hons), I have expanded my knowledge and experience in many areas of therapy interest and specialisation since. I am a qualified couples therapist who (EFT certified) and have extensive experience in areas of addiction, neurodivergence and autism.
I have worked for services receiving NHS referrals and spent a number of years as a senior consultant therapist at a private clinic in London. My private practice and the therapy company I founded are now my primary focus.
