Accepting new clients
I am a UKCP and BACP registered psychotherapist with a deep commitment to supporting teenagers and young adults as they navigate the challenges of adolescence and early adulthood. I have a master’s degree in integrative child and adolescent psychotherapy and over 10 years’ experience working in schools and private practice. I specialise in working with adolescents and young adults, offering a safe, empathic and creative space for young people to explore their feelings and build self-awareness. I am also trained in Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS).
I specialise in supporting teenagers and young adults to navigate the challenges they face during the adolescent years, helping them to make sense of overwhelming or confusing feelings and to process difficult experiences.
My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to tailor therapy to the unique needs of each client. Young people often find relief in talking about what’s on their mind and I help them find a way to express themselves in a way that feels right for them. We may use imagery and creative arts to facilitate this process as speaking about difficult feelings isn’t always easy.
I have also trained in Internal Family Systems therapy (Level 1 IFS), a powerful approach that helps individuals explore and understand the different parts of themselves. This model is particularly useful for navigating internal conflicts and integrating difficult emotions.
