I help people with common relationship issues such as arguments, breach of trust/infidelity, communication difficulties, tolerating difference and fertility problems. I also help people whose relationship may be suffering due factors originating outside the couple such as job loss, bereavement, addiction, depression or anxiety.
I have a particular interest in neurodiverse relationships, and the strengths, as well as challenges, neurodivergent people bring to relationships.
I practice a psychodynamic approach to psychotherapy. This means I explore what lies beneath your actions and patterns of behaviours in your past, present and future relationships, and how this affects you and your partner.
I may also, if appropriate, use techniques and exercises such as communications training, behavioural exchange and problem solving, and I may set homework or offer recommended reading.
Who I work with
Couples and individuals who want to think about relationship issues.
How I work
Face-to-face and online.
Fees per hour
£130 per 50-minute session (in-person) or £110 (online)
