I’m glad you’ve found your way here. I am a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience supporting people through trauma, relationship challenges, and life’s difficult transitions across diverse clinical settings, roles, and stages of my career.
I hold dual master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and Counselling, and I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC, UK) and the Hong Kong Institute of Clinical Psychologists (HKICP). I am an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and an Associate Fellow of the Hong Kong Psychological Society.
As a Clinical Psychologist, I am trained in rigorous evidence-based frameworks and clinical conceptualization. What further distinguishes my practice is my advanced training as a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP), which allows me to integrate body-oriented trauma therapies with evidence-based psychological approaches. I bring a collaborative, person-centered approach where your voice, strengths, and unique story are at the center.
I specialize in complex trauma and PTSD, relationship and couples work, grief and loss, behavioral addictions, anxiety and depression, and life transitions. I am committed to creating a therapeutic space that is culturally sensitive, non-judgmental, and deeply attuned to each person’s unique needs.
Who I work with
I work with adults—individuals, couples, and families healing from trauma, navigating relationship challenges, grief, behavioral addictions, or significant life transitions.
