Accepting new clients
Hello, and welcome. I’m a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and registered member of the BACP. I work with clients of all backgrounds and offer support for a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma and relationship difficulties. My style is rooted in curiosity, respect, and an appropriate degree of challenge.
I grew up in a multicultural family – Romanian, Jewish, Lebanese – and beyond the UK I have lived and studied in America, the Middle East and Europe. This has shaped my open and curious approach to culture, helping me understand the complexities of identity and belonging. I use this nuanced understanding in my work with clients.
Before training as a psychotherapist, I was an academic specialising in literature. In my psychotherapy work, I love listening to personal histories and stories and exploring those events and challenges that make us who we are.
I specialise in anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma, as well as sexual and relational difficulties
My theoretical framework is Transactional Analysis (TA), which considers the way we relate to the people in our lives. I also draw on principles of Gestalt and Jungian psychoanalysis and work with dreams, daydreams and fantasy.
Who I work with
I work with adults (21+): individual therapy and couples therapy.
How I work
I work face to face and online.
Fees per hour
£70 – individual therapy (50 mins) £80 – couples therapy (50 mins) or £95 (90 mins).
I know how daunting it can be to reach out for help, but I encourage you to do so. I offer a free 20-minute online consultation where we can talk about what brought you to therapy and what your hopes and goals are. You can ask questions about the process and see if this is for you.
