I began my working life in the Armed Forces and have since worked in industry across the public, private and charity sectors. The lived experience of this gave me a particular interest in how we relate – in love, work, friendships, families and communities.
I trained at Tavistock & Portman NHS Mental Health Trust and hold the London Certificate of Psychosexual & Relationship Counselling.
I specialise in relationship therapy for adults and young adults, supporting individuals and couples facing challenges in family life, work relationships, and experiences of loss. I work with the emotional impact of these difficulties, including anxiety, depression, stress, anger, and grief.
I work integratively, using a psychodynamic approach as a foundation, meaning I focus on building understanding from your lived experiences and how they manifest in your life today.
