Experienced Psychotherapist with a Passion for Helping Others I offer adult psychodynamic psychotherapy on a short or long term basis, I am trained to work with any mental health concerns that you might have and have worked with a diverse group of people. I have worked in the NHS for a number of years and also have experience working in charitable organisations as I believe passionately that the cost of therapy should not stand in the way of you getting the help you need. My style of working is to look at both your past and what is happening to you now, and think with you about if they are linked. I work collaboratively, the sessions are about us working together, and this might mean discussing what its like to work with me too. I have worked with a variety of people including (but not limited to) the LGBTQ community. (including transitioning), Personality Disorders, having more than one diagnosis at a time, Depression, Anxiety, Learning Disabilities (such as ADHD and ASD), relationship problems, parenting concerns (including parents of multiples), bereavement and older adult (people over 60).
