I am a Registered Member of the BACP, AP, and RCA, having completed a postgraduate qualification at the Metanoia Institute, London. I have nearly a decade of experience, supporting people with their mental health needs, across the UK and internationally. My approach is humanistic, relational, and person-centred, placing the therapeutic relationship at the heart of our work. I draw from a range of modalities, including humanistic and existential approaches, body-based awareness, and trauma-informed practice. I also integrate mindfulness, breathwork, and psychoeducation when useful.
I specialise in grief and loss, addiction (personal and within the family), cultural identity struggles, life transitions, and supporting men of colour facing internal and external pressures that make emotional expression difficult.
I offer humanistic, relational, and person-centred therapy, integrating existential approaches, body-based awareness, and trauma-informed practices. Depending on your needs, we may explore past experiences, emotional patterns, relationships, cultural or identity-based concerns, family dynamics, or current challenges. I also incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, neuroscience and psychoeducation to support understanding and nervous system regulation.
Who I work with
I work with individuals aged 18 and over, including young adults, adults, and older adults. I have a particular interest in supporting men of colour and those navigating cultural or identity-based concerns.
How I work
I offer sessions both in person and online sessions. Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your needs, whether short-term support or longer-term work.
