My 13 years of experience within mental health services include working as a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist with adults and young people aged 16-18, as well as working for a charity supporting vulnerable adults.
Growing up in Slovakia, my grandmother’s stories about my non-Jewish grandfather’s survival of a concentration camp inspired my own resilience in life and dedication to those who are misunderstood, distressed, marginalised, or ostracised.
Having partly grown up in England, I call London my home, where I live with my partner, create art, and enjoy travel whenever possible. I would be honoured to support you on your unique journey to safety, emotional regulation, awareness, and clarity in any difficult situation you are finding yourself in now.
I am a trauma-informed therapist able to support you with different coping strategies during acute distress and help you move into a deeper exploration of the issue. We can set goals and move towards a more balanced, helpful, and meaningful lifestyle that works for you.
I am trained in, and have extensive experience working with, depression, anxiety, loneliness, relationship problems, stress, trauma, low self-esteem, self-harm, shame and guilt, and bereavement, amongst others.
Psychodynamic
Understanding how the unconscious echoes of your past – particularly early formative experiences – shape your current internal landscape, drive hidden motivations, and influence recurring patterns in your decision-making today.
Person-Centred Therapy
Facilitating self-discovery where you are the expert of your life; through a non-judgmental, empathetic, and genuine space, we help you uncover your innate potential to become a more authentic, self-actualized self.
Gestalt Therapy
Focusing on the “here-and-now” to cultivate heightened awareness of your present thoughts, bodily sensations, and actions; we integrate fragmented experiences to help you take full responsibility for how you engage with your environment and others.
Existential Therapy
Exploring fundamental questions of existence – such as freedom, meaning, isolation, and mortality – to help you confront the human condition and live with greater intention, purpose, and personal agency despite life’s uncertainties.
Who I work with
I primarily work with adults, but I also work with young people aged 16–18.
How I work
I work face-to-face in Chiswick and Richmond, as well as online (nationwide) or a combination of both.
