I am an experienced UKCP registered psychotherapist and supervisor. I have an MSc in Transactional Analysis and further specialist training in infertility and couples work. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is invaluable to most, and that building a relationship based on trust, empathy, and mutual respect creates a safe and non-judgemental space for clients to think and speak freely about their experiences. I use an integrated approach to my work with clients, dependent on their needs – drawing from Transactional Analysis, humanistic and existential philosophy.

I see individuals and couples with a range of issues – anxiety, depression, anger, loneliness, phobias, jealousy, obsessions, infidelity, infertility, unrequited love – those who are feeling stuck or are struggling to find a solution to ongoing patterns in their lives or in their relationships. I can help make sense of this way of relating by offering a deeper exploration of childhood experiences and past relationships, and the effect they have on your relationship attachments as an adult.

I work alongside couples to help them reconnect and rebuild their relationship, especially when communication and trust have broken down, where there is conflict or painful and difficult life events to manage.

I provide clinical supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists. My integrative approach draws from a range of modalities, providing a collaborative supervisory relationship.

After more than a decade working in private practice, I am particularly interested in working with newly qualified practitioners or those who are starting their private practice. I remember how intimidating this can feel at times. Alongside clinical supervision, I will offer guidance on how to set up and run a thriving, enjoyable and profitable practice.
