Hi, I’m Tom, a Clinical Psychologist offering individual therapy for adults. I provide a supportive space where you can talk openly about what’s going on for you, make sense of difficult experiences, and find ways of moving forward that feel realistic and meaningful.
People come to see me for many different reasons, including anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions and questions about identity. Alongside more general mental health work, I have particular experience and expertise in sexual health and sexuality, HIV, trauma and PTSD, relationship issues, and gay men’s mental health.
As a Clinical Psychologist I am trained to draw on a range of therapeutic approaches. My work is grounded in a person-centred way of working, and I often integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and EMDR where these feel helpful. This means therapy can be tailored to you – whether you’re looking for practical tools, deeper understanding, or space to reflect and process what’s been happening.
Who I work with
I work with adults (18+) in individual therapy.
How I work
I offer both in person and online therapy, or a mix if you are often out of London.
Fees per hour
My fee is £130 for a 50-minute session. I’d be happy to offer an initial phone call to discuss what is bringing you to therapy.
